Whoop vs Apple Watch
So yesterday my Whoop arrived, whoop whoop! I got it mainly to compare some wearable metrics, I am open to trying an Oura or Ultrahuman ring sometime too.
Why do I want to compare? Well also so you don’t have to, so I’ll compare some things like sleep stages, which as research paper 5 are not really that accurate. And HRV, but also some of the software aspects too
So far the differences are large, supporting my beliefs that the data is not so accurate. However will the trends show the same and still be inherently useful? .. stay tuned
Edit: Updated the HRV to the overnight one, to be a direct comparison with Whoop
Day 2….guess I’m going to need to plot these and add Sleep Score and Recovery Score (I use Athlytic with the Apple data to get those)
